After having a good time at Lake Nakuru National Park wind up at the famous Masai Mara game reserves before heading back to Nairobi for your departure back home

Day one,Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta international airport and after short introductions and briefing, depart for Amboseli National Park. Arrive for check in and lunch followed by afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp (LDBB)

Day Two,Amboseli National Park

Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, the Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya’s most popular parks. The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”, and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with Sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands.  They can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture. Day Three,Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast at your overnight camp, depart via Nairobi arriving for lunch at the carnivore restaurant. Descend the Great Rift valley to Lake Nakuru National Park where you will arrive for afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is one of the alkaline Rift Valley lakes and a fantastic bird sanctuary, its shores populated at times by more than one million flamingoes. The famous ornithologist Roger Tory Peterson defined it as “the greatest bird spectacle on earth”. Other wild animals found in this park include the Rhino, Lion, Cheetah and the most elusive of the cats, the Leopard. All meals and Overnight at Nakuru Sopa Lodge (LDBB)

Day Four,Masai Mara Game Reserve

After an early breakfast, traverse the floor of the Great Rift Valley and ascend its western rim to the Masai Mara Game reserve. Red-clad with spears, Masai warriors tend their herds of cattle among the wildlife, admirably unmoved by the presence of large predators. Arrive for check in and lunch at your lodge followed an afternoon game drive in search of wildlife. Dinner and Overnight at the Ashnil Mara Tented Camp (LDBB)

Day Five,Masai Mara Game Reserve

Another day spent enjoying a full day game-viewing in the reserve with picnic lunch or go for an early morning game drive lunch at the lodge and an evening game drive. The Masai Mara is for many reasons the most spectacular game reserve in Kenya- a vast expanse of undulating grasslands and woodlands where it is possible to see over a dozen different species of game, including the Big 5!. Other optional activities available in the Mara include a visit to the local Maasai village where you get to learn the Maasai’s cultures and way of life or take an early morning balloon safari ending with bush breakfast (all at own cost & payable direct). Day Six,Masai Mar to Nairobi and Depart

An early morning breakfast and check out, drive to Nairobi to arrive in time for lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant. After lunch and depending on your international departure flight timings, you transfer to Jomo Kenyatta airport for your homeward flight. (BL)
